Return & Exchange Policy

At LanaCaftan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your item, please review our policy for returns and exchanges below.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
  • Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom Orders: Any custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount are final sale.

 

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at lanacaftan@contact.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.
  3. Please use a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.

 

4. Exchanges

  • Exchange Eligibility: If you need a different size or color, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Exchange Process: Once we receive and inspect the original item, we will send out the replacement.
  • Exchange Shipping: You may be responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any additional shipping fees for the exchanged item.

 

5. Refunds

  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If applicable, a restocking fee may also be deducted from your refund.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at lanacaftan@contact.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
